Note that a majority of the caps are recycled and minor dents and/or scratches may be present. We try our best to choose caps that are in the best condition, but some turtles have just been around awhile, and it shows on their worn shells! 

All hats that are chosen will be installed on the turtle unless specifically requested by the buyer prior to shipment. Once installed on the turtle, all hats are permanent and cannot be interchanged. 
Shipping Info

Processing Time: 

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the following business day. 

Shipping Speed Details: 

Please see shipping options available at checkout below. At this time all orders are shipped via USPS. Estimated delivery is approximately 5-8 business days after order is processed. Delivery times may vary based on your location/region. 

Order Tracking:  

Once your order has shipped a confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number. Orders can then be tracked through the USPS website. 

Shipping Restrictions: 

At this time we only ship to addressed within the United States. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. 

Lost/Damaged Shipment: 

Please contact us if your order arrives damaged. Additionally, please reach out if your shipment is experiencing major delays and we will work with the USPS to quickly resolve the issue.
